For the 2024-25 MMH season the MMH board has given players 2 options to choose from in regards to their participation in fundraising. Fundraising is necessary and required in order to keep player fees to a minimum and to offset other costs such as player development/ref fees/ice rental etc. Without fundraising our player fees would have to increase a large amount.
Players must choose between participating in the fundraising program that will be set out by the current MMH board/committee in the fall of each season, or to opt out of participation by paying a $200/player fundraising fee at the time of registration. The $200 fee can be added into player fees and would be due by Sept.1, 2025, before the player is permitted on the ice.
If choosing the fundraising fee of $200/child, the family can choose how many players will pay the fee, if some would like to fundraise and some pay the fee a mixed option is permissable.
If a player/family chooses to participate in the fundraising program and fails to meet those requirements as outlined by the current board/committee, the player will not be permitted on ice until those requirements are met.
